Outbound Message Settings tab

You can use the Outbound Message Settings tab to view, configure, or manage outbound relationships. These relationships are used to determine if an outbound transaction record is required. A back office is an integrated external application that manages your financial, manufacturing, or distribution processes.

The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features. See What are Roles and Secured Actions?.

On this page you can:

  • Open the Outbound Message Settings tab: On the Back Office Extension Integrations detail view, click the Outbound Message Settings tab. See Integrations Detail.
  • Add a custom Outbound Setting: Click Add Outbound Message Settings and follow the steps for adding a custom outbound message setting. See Adding Outbound Message Settings.
