Closing a Return

The stage at which a return is closed and the person responsible for closing the return depend on the process within your company. As an example, when the product has been returned by the customer and the replacement product has been shipped, that can be the stage at which you can close a return.

Note: The security access determines what functions are available. Contact your administrator for any access rights changes. WebViewer users cannot access full functionality.

To close a return you can:

  1. Access the Return detail view. See Open the Return Detail view.

  2. Click the arrow in the Status field, and then select Closed from the list.
  3. Click Save.
