Using the Process Manager

The Contact Process Manager on the Web is used to view the processes assigned to your contacts or add new processes. Any further changes to processes must be done in the Infor CRM SLX Network Client or Infor CRM SLX Remote Client. Use the Processes tab in the Contact detail view to view processes attached to a single contact.

The user preferences determine the default process status. However, you can view other statuses by clicking on the correct tab in the Process Manager. Process statuses include: All Processes, Starting, In Process, Waiting, Suspended, Completed, and Aborted. You can only see processes attached to contacts you can access.

Note: The security access determines what functions are available. Contact your administrator for any access rights changes. WebViewer users cannot access full functionality.

To view a process you can:

  1. Click Processes on the Navigation Bar.
  2. Click a tab to view all processes with a particular status in the Process Manager view. The options are: Starting, In Process, Waiting, Suspended, Completed, Aborted, or All Processes. Your user preferences determine the default process status. View other statuses by clicking on the appropriate tab in the Process Manager.

To view contact detail information

You can click the name of the contact you require to view from the list.
