Working with a Dashboard Customer Journey Opportunity Kanban widget

The Customer Journey Opportunity Kanban widget allows you to view a list of the opportunities in each stage of a selected customer journey as well as roll-up totals of the sales potential, actual sales amount and weighted potential of the opportunities in each stage. The roll-up totals are rounded to the nearest dollar.

To add or edit a dashboard kanban widget:

  1. Click Dashboard on the Navigation pane.
  2. Select the tab which contains the widgets that must be modified.
    Note: You can only add or modify widgets to a dashboard that you have created.
  3. Click Add Widget on the dashboard menu and select Customer Journey Opportunity Kanban.
    Note: You can click Settings to modify a Customer Journey Opportunity Kanban widget’s properties and data source(s).
    The Widget Settings window is displayed.
  4. Review or modify the properties for the widget. See Widget Settings.
  5. Click the Customer Journey drop-down arrow and select the opportunity customer journey you want to view.
  6. Click the Group drop-down arrow and select the opportunity group that contains the opportunities you want to view.
  7. Click Save.
