Opportunity Products
Use this Produtcs Detail view to add, edit, or remove products associated with the opportunity. You can also change the product list order.
You can access this page from the Insert Opportunity view and as a tab on the Opportunity Detail view. If the tab is not visible, click .
You can perform these actions:

- To
edit
product information in the grid,
select
the
record
to edit, make the changes in the grid, and then click Note: You cannot edit all columns in the grid. To determine if a column can be edited, click in the grid. If the field is enabled, then the column can be edited.
. To undo your changes, click before you click
.
- To Change the order of products, select the required product and click the or icon to set the correct order. The Line Number changes to indicate the new position of the product.
This view contains these columns:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Edit | Click to edit the product information. If the Edit link is not available, then the product or products cannot be edited. |
Line Number | Displays the line number assigned to each item on the opportunity. |
Product | Displays the product name. |
Bundle | Indicates if the product is a bundle that contains other product parts. |
Status | Displays the Infor CPQ status. (Infor CPQ only)

Configuration ID | (Infor CPQ only) An internal or diagnostic unique identifier of the active opportunity. |
Price Level | Displays the price level used for this product. Click in the grid to edit. (Cannot be edited in Infor CRM Back Office Extension Integrated environments. See Back Office). |
Warehouse | For Back Office Extension integrated environments this column is displayed. Displays the warehouse assigned to the product. Click the link to find and select the warehouse for the product. |
Override Pricing | (Back Office integration only) Displays only if Price Override option is enabled. Displays if the price has been overridden. |
Discount | You
can enter a percentage discount. Click in the grid to
edit. For Back Office Extension integrated environments. You can add discounts, only if the entity specific local CRM pricing feature is enabled, on the Options tab in the Back Office Extension detail view. |
Configuration | (Infor CPQ only) An internal or diagnostic unique identifier of the active opportunity product. |
Adjusted Price | Displays the price of the product, minus the discount, in the
opportunity currency. If Multi-Currency is enabled, the adjusted price is displayed using the opportunity currency. (Not available for Infor CRM Back Office Extension) |
Quantity | Displays the numeric quantity of the product added to the opportunity. Click in the grid to edit. Allows you to enter a new quantity. |
Extended Price | Displays the calculated total of the product price multiplied by the quantity, less any discount and if Multi-Currency is enabled, the extended price is displayed using the opportunity currency. |
Unit Price | Displays the per unit price defined for the selected product. If Multi-Currency is enabled, the unit price is displayed using the opportunity currency. |
