Adding a Contract

Use the Insert New Contract view to create a contract record. Use the Copy to quickly create a new record with similar information. See Copying a Contract

Note: The security access determines what functions are available. Contact system administrator for any access rights changes. WebViewer users cannot access full functionality.
  1. Access the Insert New Contract view.
    1. Click Contract on the New menu.
    2. Click the Contracts tab, and click Add Contract on the Account Detail view.
  2. Specify the information in the contract information fields.
  3. Click Save.
    If required, use the Covered Assets tab to associate any assets to the contract.
