Using the Lead list view
The Lead list view displays all the leads that you have access. You can use and to filter the list of records.
Note: The security access determines what
functions are available. Contact the administrator for any changes to access rights.
WebViewer users
cannot
access full
functionality.
To access the Lead list view, you can select from the Navigation Bar.
On this page you can:
- Click to refresh the list information.
- Access the Lead detail view: Select Leads to access the Lead list view. If required, use the to locate a lead, and click on the . See Using Lookup
