Using the Outbound Transactions List View

The List view displays all of the outbound transactions that you have access to. You can use Groups and Lookups to narrow the list of records that display.

Note: Infor CRM Back Office Extension only.

The Outbound Transactions list view displays newly promoted or updated Infor CRM SLX records waiting to be processed by the outbound JobService. Once the files are processed, they are no longer available from this view.

Note: Outbound transactions that are available for an extended period of time may indicate a problem with the Job Service.

Click Outbound Transactions on the Navigation Bar. The Outbound Transactions list view is displayed.
