Using the Email Template detail view
Use the Email Template detail view to see, add, or edit information for a
selected record. The detail view consists of information boxes, tabs, and a user-defined
middle section.
Note: The security access determines what
functions are available. Contact the administrator for any access rights changes.
To access the Email Template detail view, on the menu, click to access the Email Templates list view.
On this page you can:
- Use the Using Lookup to find a template, and then click the template name. See
- Use Groups. See What are Groups?
- Click Contact list view. on the toolbar, to switch back to
- Copy a Word Template. See Copying a Word Template
- Delete a Word Template. See Deleting a Word template
Information fields
The information boxes contain the primary information about the email template. Users with appropriate permissions can edit these boxes.
Email Template detail view tabs
The Email Templates Properties tab is used to manage the properties available to add to the template. See Email Template Properties tab
User defined section
You can drag and drop tabs into the user defined middle section. See Dragging and Dropping
