Inserting a Customer Journey

Customer journeys are a series of stages and steps to guide a user through a particular process.

To insert a customer journey:

  1. Select New Customer Journey from the Administration menu.
  2. Enter the name of the customer journey in the Name box. This is the name that users see in the drop-down list on the detail view Customer Journey tab.
  3. Enter a brief description of the customer journey in the Description box.
  4. Select the Active check box to make the customer journey available to select from the drop-down list on the detail view Customer Journey tab.
  5. Click the Entity drop-down and select the entity to be associated with customer journey. Customer journeys are specific to an entity and are only available on the Customer Journey tab for that entity’s detail view.
  6. Click Save.
