Using the Products list view

The Products list view displays all of the products that you have access to. You can use Groups and Lookups to narrow the list of records that display.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

Select Administration on the Navigation Bar.

Select Products. The Products list view is displayed.

On this page you can:

  • Click Refresh.
  • Working with the records in a grid. See Working with Grids in list views and tabs
  • Filter my list. See Using Task Pane Filters
  • Use the Lookup to search for records. See Using Lookup
  • Click the product name to open the Product detail view.
  • The Task Pane contains the Common Tasks section. In this section you can:
    • Add to Group
    • Remove from Group
    • Save Records as a Group
    • Export
    • Import
    • Update
    • Delete
