Using Contact ERP Details tab

The ERP details tab appears in the Contact detail view. This tab contains specific information about the contact and back office. You can edit the information at any time by clicking in a box and typing new information, or select from a list of available items. See Contact Detail view.

The workspace may be different depending on the access rights or if the installation has been customized.

To edit:

  1. Click the ERP Details tab from the Contact Detail view of the account you want to change,
  2. Click Save when the edits and updates are completed.
  3. Click Promote in the task pane, if the Sync Status is Changes Pending in the back office application. See Task Pane.
    Field Description
    Back Office The associated integrated back office application.
    Sync Status

    Status of synchronization to the integrated application. Possible values are:

    • Not Promoted - The record only exists in Infor CRM SLX because it has not yet been promoted to accounting system. To promote, in the task pane, click Promote. See Using the Task Pane.
    • Changes Pending - There are changes that need to be promoting to the accounting system. To promote, in the task pane, click Promote.
    • Promoted - There are no pending changes since the last promotion. No action is required.
    • Awaiting Acknowledgment - The record has not yet been promoted to the accounting system. To promote, in the task pane, click Promote. See Task Pane.
    • Out of Sync - An error occurred during the last sync cycle. Go to the Sync History tab for more information. SeeSync History.
    • Delete Request Rejected - Record has not been deleted because the accounting system denied the delete request.
    • In Sync - There are no pending changes since the last promotion. No action is required.
    • Published by CRM - The record has been promoted. Infor CRM SLX is the System of Record. See What is system of record?.
    Accounting Entity Company or accounting entity as defined by the integrated application.
    ERP Status The status within the integrated back office system.
    Variation ID A sequence number defined by the integrated application to ensure outdated content never overwrites updated content in the subscriber application.
    Contact ID A unique identifier defined by the integrated application.
    Notes Displays notes from the associated ERP system from most recent to oldest. These notes cannot be edited.

    Additional information may be available if the implementation includes a Back Office Extension. This information is for display only and must be added or edited in the integrated application.
