Standard Resolution Standard Problems Tab
Use this view to view or associate standard problems with a resolution.

The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features. |
To open this view, on the Standard Resolution Detail view, click the Standard Problems tab.
You can perform these actions:
- Associate a resolution:
- Click
(). - Use the lookup to find a standard problem.
- Click
- Select a record and click
(), and
then click to delete
a resolution.
You can review this information:

| Description | The description of the problem. |
| Area | The location where the problem occurs. |
| Category | The type of problem. |
| Issue | Indicates the problem. |
| Notes | Brief notes about the problem. |
