Using the Ticket detail view

Use the Ticket detail view to view, add, or edit information for a selected record. The detail view consists of the fields, tabs, and a user-defined section.

Note: Security access determines what functions are available for a user. Contact the administrator for access rights changes. Web Viewer users cannot access complete functionality.

You can click Tickets from the navigation bar to access the Ticket list view. Click a ticket name to view the details of the ticket. You can also use the LookupUsing Lookup to locate a ticket, and then click the ticket ID name.

Fields

The ticket information fields page displays the primary information about the ticket. Users with appropriate permissions can edit these fields. See Ticket Information Fields

User Defined section

You can drag and drop tabs into the user defined section. See Dragging and Dropping
