Using the Customer Journeys list view

The List view displays all of the customer journeys. You can use groups and lookups to narrow the list of records that display.
Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

To open the Customer Journey list view:

  1. Select Administration > Customer Journey on the Navigation Bar.
  2. Select Customer Journey. The Customer Journey list view is displayed.
