Using the Customer Journey detail view

Use the customer journey detail view to view or manage information for a selected record. The detail view includes information boxes, tabs, and a user-defined middle section.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

To open the customer journey detail view:

  1. Click Administration on the Navigation Bar.
  2. Click Customer Journeys in Administration. The All Customer Journeys list view is displayed. See Using the Customer Journeys list view
  3. Click the Customer Journey name. The All Customer Journeys details view is displayed.
    Note: If necessary, use the Lookup option to locate a customer journey.
  4. Specify this information:
    Name
    The name of the customer journey.
    Description
    The description of the customer journey.
    Active
    If this checkbox is selected the customer journey is displayed in the Customer Journey tab.
    Entity
    The entity associated with customer journey. Customer journeys are specific to an entity and displayed on the Customer Journey tab.
