Copying a Customer Journey
You can copy the data of an existing customer journey to create a new customer journey. The stages and steps are also be copied to the new customer journey. The entity of a copied customer journey cannot be edited, so you can only copy a customer journey for the same entity.
Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role
can access these features.
To copy a customer journey:
- Select Customer Journey on the Navigation Bar, . The Customer Journey list view is displayed. See Using the Customer Journeys list view.
- Click a customer journey in the list or use the to locate a customer journey. The selected customer journey detail view opens.
- Click .
- Specify the name of the new customer journey in the Name field.
- Specify a short description for the customer journey, in the Description field.
- Select the Active option if required. The Active check box must be selected for the customer journey to be available to users.
- Click to save the new customer journey.
- Use the Stages/Steps tab to manage the copied stages and steps for the new customer journey
