Making a Contract inactive

You can make a contract inactive when no tickets are associated with it. Inactive contracts still appear in the Account Service Information window.

To make a contract inactive:

  1. Access the Contract detail view. See Using the Contract detail view
  2. Select the Tickets tab.
    Note: Ensure no tickets are listed as being associated with the contract.
  3. Clear the Active check box in the top part of the Contract detail view.
  4. Click Save.
