Deleting a Ticket

To delete a ticket:

Note: Security access determines what functions are available. Contact the administrator for any access rights changes. Web Viewer users cannot access full functionality.
  1. Find the ticket to be deleted. See Using the Ticket list view
  2. Click Delete on the Ticket detail view. See Using the Ticket detail view
  3. Click OK to permanently delete the record, or Cancel to cancel deletion of the record.
