Editing a Standard Problem

To edit a standard problem:

On the Navigation Bar, select Service, and then select Standard Problems to open the Standard Problems List view. If required, use the Lookup to locate a problem, and then click the standard problem ID.
If required, change the standard problem information fields.
Click (Save).
