Campaign Fields
The following table describes the default fields:
Field | Description/Action |
---|---|
Call to Action | The promotion message used in the campaign (such as 'Act now to get 50% off'). Click the field and type the call to action. |
Campaign Name | Name of the campaign. Click the field and type a campaign name. |
Code | A unique identifier for the campaign (such as PM12345). You can assign any combination of letters and numbers that have not been used. |
Description | A brief description of the campaign. Click the field and type a description. |
Display using “My Currency” | If Multi-Currency is configured, you can choose to display the campaign information
using the opportunity currency type or your currency type. See Multi-Currency. Select the Display using "My Currency" check box to display campaign information using the currency type you selected in your user options. See Using Opportunity Statistics. |
End Date | The end date for the campaign. Click | to select the date and then click .
Estimated Budget | Displays the read-only Budget Expenses amount that can be added and edited on the Budget/Results tab. |
Launch or Launched | To launch a campaign click Once the campaign is launched, the label changes to . |

Launched on | The date on which the campaign was launched. |
Lead Sources | Campaign lead sources. Click | and click next to the item to associate.
Manager | Person or team within your organization who will manage the campaign. Click | to find the person or team within your organization to manage the campaign.
Number of Stages | The number of stages as defined on the Stages/Tasks tab. |
Number of Targets | The number of targets associated with the campaign on the Targets tab. |
Number of Tasks | The number of tasks defined on the Stages/Tasks tab. |
Objective | The objectives of the campaign (such as 'Increase sales in Midwest region'). Click the field and type the objective of the campaign. |
Owner | Person or team within your organization who has access to the campaign. Click | to find the user or team within the organization that has access to the account.
Start Date | The start date for the campaign. Click | to select the date, and then click .
Status | The status of the campaign. Click the drop-down arrow and select from the list. |
