Copying a Customer Journey Step

You can copy a step to any stage in any active customer journey of the same entity.

To copy a customer journey step:

  1. Select Customer Journey on the Navigation Bar, Administration > Customer Journey. The Customer Journey list view is displayed. See Using the Customer Journeys list view.
  2. Click a customer journey in the list or use the Lookup to locate a customer journey.  The selected customer journey detail view opens.
  3. Click the Stages/Steps tab.
  4. Click the Copy Step for the step you want to copy.
  5. Click the Customer Journey drop-down arrow and select the customer journey that contains the stage you want to copy the step to.
    Note: By default the current customer journey is selected. The list of customer journeys is limited to the customer journeys for the same entity.
  6. Click the Stage drop-down arrow and select the stage you want to copy the step to. The list of stages is determined by the selected Customer Journey.
  7. Click OK. You can edit the step as needed. See Adding or Editing a Customer Journey Step.
