Working with word templates
When you install the Infor CRM SLX Mail Merge for Microsoft Word add-in, you can create, edit, or manage Infor CRM SLX mail merge Word templates from the Microsoft Word Mailings tab. These templates can be used when performing a mail merge from Microsoft Word, or in the Web Client when performing a mail merge output to file.
To access these features, Microsoft Word must already be installed and configured and users must install the Infor CRM SLX Mail Merge for Microsoft Word. For more information, see Installing Infor CRM SLX Mail Merge For Microsoft Word.
