Deleting a CRM Workflow Step

  1. Click Integrations on the Navigation bar. The Integrations list page is displayed.
  2. Click CRM Workflow. The corresponding CRM Workflow Integration detail page is displayed.
  3. Click the desired workflow name. The CRM Workflow Definition detail page is displayed. See Using the Workflow Definition detail view.
  4. Click the Workflow Designer tab.
  5. Find the step to be deleted and click the Delete icon.
  6. Click Yes to delete the step and any child steps of that step.
