Adding an Account Asset

You can add a new asset to an account or edit the list of assets associated with an account.

Note: The security access determines what functions are available. Contact the administrator for any access rights changes. WebViewer users cannot access full functionality.

To add:

  1. Access the Account detail view. SeeUsing the Account detail view
  2. Click the Assets tab. If the tab is not visible, click More Tabs. See More Tabs.
  3. Click Add Asset.
  4. Complete the required asset information fields. See Asset Fields
  5. Click OK.
    Note: The asset is displayed in the product list for the account.
