Viewing Ticket Details Before Printing

You can view a printable version of the Ticket Detail view. The printable version displays general ticket information, ticket subject, description of the problem, ticket resolution if available, any internal comments and all information contained on the associated ticket tabs. Use the scroll bar to view all the printable information. This view is read-only.

To view ticket details before printing:

  1. Click (Print View), on the Ticket Detail view, from the toolbar.
    The read-only version of the Ticket Detail view opens for you to preview.
  2. Use the browser's Print button, to print.
  3. Click (Close Print View), to close the printable version.
