Resetting your Infor CRM SLX password from the sign-in page

You can reset your password from the Infor CRM SLX sign in page if the Infor CRM SLX administrator has set up password self-service and you forget your password or if your password has expired.

To reset your password from the sign-in page:

  • On the sign-in screen, do one of the following:
    • Click I forgot my password if you forgot your password.
      1. Specify your Infor CRM SLX username in Username.
      2. Click Submit.
        Note: An email is sent to your email address.
      3. Click the link in the email message.
      4. Type your new password in New Password.
      5. Retype the new password in Confirm Password.
      6. Click Submit.

      If your new password fails to meet password requirements, the unmet requirement is displayed in the red text.

  • If prompted to change your password because it expired do the following:
    1. Type your current password in Current Password.
    2. Type your new password in New Password.
    3. Retype the new password in Confirm Password.
    4. Click Change Password.

    If your new password fails to meet password requirements, the unmet requirement is displayed in the red text.
