Managing Contour Places
Use this view to specify information, which must be available to all the users using Contour.
The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features. |
You can perform these tasks related to Contour Places:
- Add a Place:
- Select from the menu.
- Specify the name of the place to be added in the Name field. For example, a hotel, restaurant, or airport.
- Specify the street number and name in the Address field.
- Complete the City, State, Postal Code, and Country fields.
- Click .
- Edit a Place:
- Select Places List view. If required, use the Lookup to locate a place, and then click the place Name. from the navigation bar to open the
- Change the information fields if required.
- Click .
- Delete a Place:
- Select Place List view. If required, use the Lookup to locate a problem, and then click on the place Name. from the navigation bar to open the
- Click Place Detail view. on the
- Click .
- Share a place:
- Select Places List view. If necessary, use the Lookup to locate the place you want to share, and then click the place Name. from the to open the
- Click Place Detail view. Note: Once a place has been shared” all users have access to the place and you cannot edit or delete the place unless you have the required permissions.
