CRM Workflows Tab

The CRM Workflows tab displays the CRM Workflow Instances originated by the active record in the detail view.

Click the CRM Workflows tab to open the CRM Workflows tab on the associated detail view.

Note: Click More tabs if the tab is not displayed.
Field Description/Action
Started Trigger date for this specific CRM Workflow instance step
Completed Completion date for this specific CRM Workflow instance step. Approval steps are completed once the approval criteria are met or the specified days to expire have elapsed.
Approval Status

CRM Workflow approval status values include: Pending, Approved, Disapproved, and Expired.

  • A status of Pending is displayed while there is an active approval step awaiting completion.
  • A status of Approved is applied once the approval step has been approved.
  • A status of Disapproved is applied once the approval step has been disapproved.
  • A status of Expired is applied once the configured days to expire have elapsed and the final approval step has not met the approval or disapproval criteria.
CRM Workflow CRM Workflow name that links to the CRM Workflow instance detail view. See Using the CRM Workflow Detail View
Active Step Step name link to the corresponding CRM Workflow instance detail form. See Using the CRM Workflow Step Detail View
Approvals Number of approvers who have approved the step.
Disapprovals Number of approvers who have disapproved the step.
Pending Number of potential approvers who have not yet approved or disapproved the approval step.
Active Check box indicating an active approval step awaiting additional input from the remaining set of pending approvers.
