Sharing a Dashboard tab with other users

You can share a Dashboard tab that you created with the other users.

To share a tab:

  1. Click Dashboard on the navigation bar.
  2. Select the required tab to share.
  3. Click Share Tab on the Dashboard menu. The Share Tab window is displayed.
  4. Perform one of the following actions:
    • To add users, departments,teams or everyone:
      1. Click Add in the Share Tab window. The Share With window is displayed.
      2. Select the user(s), department(s), or team(s).
      3. Click Save.
    • To change a user, department, or team:
      1. Click Edit corresponding to the user(s), department(s), or team(s) to be modified. The Share With window is displayed.
      2. Select the user(s).
      3. Click Save.
    • To remove a user, department, or team:
      1. Click Delete corresponding to the user, department, or team to be removed.
      2. Click Save.
  5. Repeat until you have designated who you want to have access to your dashboard.
  6. Click Share.
