Responses Tab
Use the Responses tab on the Account, Contact or Lead Detail Views to see contact and lead responses. Responses keep track of interactions with a contact or lead. You can also add or edit the response information.
The Responses tab displays this response information:
- Contact (Account Detail view only)
 - Response Date
 - Interest
 - Status
 - Interest Level
 - Lead Source
 - Campaign
 
On this page you can:
- Click the Responses tab, on the Contact, Account or Lead detail view, to view responses for the current record. If the Responses tab is not visible, click More Tabs.
 - Click 
,
				and complete the remaining steps to add response information.  - Edit a response, by
		  executing these steps: 
		  
- Click the link next to the record you want to edit.
 - Follow the steps for editing response information.
 
 - Remove a response.
