Office Profile Document Paths tab

Use the Document Paths tab in the Office Profile detail view to define or view password options.
Note: Only the system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

This tab is read-only for Infor CRM SLX Cloud implementations. To open Document Paths Tab:

  1. Select Administration > Office Profiles on the Navigation Bar. The Office Profiles list view is displayed.
    Note: You can also use Lookup Results to locate an office profile.
  2. Select the name of the company profile to open. The Office Profile of the company page is displayed.
  3. Click Documents Paths tab on More Tabs. The Documents Paths view is displayed.
  4. Add the UNC path to the shared Documents folder that is used to store the attachments in the Attachment Path.
    Note: If you edit this path, you must rebuild the Document SpeedSearch index in the Administrator to update the index for the new path.For more information see the Managing SpeedSearch Rebuild Schedules Administrator help topic.
  5. Add the UNC path to the shared Sales Library folder that is used to store the library documents in the Sales Library Path.
  6. Click Save.
