User Profile Options

On the User Profile tab, you can specify how the Infor CRM SLX Web Client is displayed. These options are applicable only when the current user is signed in to the Infor CRM Web Client.

Note: If Infor OS Portal Ming.le single sign-on is configured, Infor CRM SLX language settings are based upon the browser language settings, not the User Profile, Language Selection. Infor CRM SLX recommends making sure that both the browser and Language Selection are the same to ensure an optimal experience.

To set user profile options:

  1. From the Tools menu, select Options.
  2. Click the User Profile tab.
  3. If necessary, change the language setting.

    The Infor CRM SLX Web Client is displayed based on the language you select. Changing the language will cause the Infor CRM SLX Web Client to display in your selected language. If you do not select a language, then the Infor CRM SLX Web Client will use the default language. The list of languages is based upon the languages supported by your organization.

    • Click the Language Selection drop-down arrow and select a language from the list.
  4. If you are accessing the Infor CRM SLX Web Client from within China, you must select the Use Google China option. This option is required in order for Contour Proximity Search with Google Maps to function correctly. This option can only be selected when the Infor CRM SLX Web Client is accessed from within China. It must be cleared when the Infor CRM SLX Web Client is accessed from any other location.
  5. Select a regional format in the Regional Format field.

  6. Click Save.
    You must click Save on each tab or the option selections are not saved.
