Managing Literature Requests

Use the Literature Requests list view to view, fulfill, complete or reject literature requests, depending on your access rights.

You can perform these tasks related to Literature Requests:

• Open the Literature Request List view: On the navigation bar, click Literature.
• Use the Lookup to search for records.
• Use Task Pane filters.
• Refresh the list: Click Refresh in Literature Tasks on the Task pane.
• Open the Literature Request detail view: Click the Send by link on the Literature Request detail view.
• View a group
• Use the Task Pane to:
  • Fulfill Literature Requests
  • Completing Literature Requests
  • Rejecting Literature Requests
  • Scheduling a Literature Request
  • Deleting a Literature Request
