Requesting Deploy Access

You can use Requesting Deploy Access for Infor CRM SLX Cloud implementations only. Cloud implementations must request a maintenance access window before the Deploy menu item is available. Requesting access sends an email request to the Infor CRM Cloud Support team.

Note: You must rebuild the Web Platform before deploying. See Rebuilding the Web Platform.

To request access to deploy:

  1. Click Request Deploy Access on the Developer Tools menu. The Request Access page is displayed.
  2. Add your name in the Requestor Name box.
    Note: The name must be associated with the request.
  3. Add the email address in the Customer Email address to be included on the request email message.
  4. Add description of the reason in the Request Maintenance Window Reason that needs to schedule a maintenance window to deploy one or more portals.
  5. Add date, start time and end time in the Request Maintenance Window Timeframe to deploy portals.
    Note: The requested timeframe must be in 48 hours of access.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Open the .eml file in Downloads folder.
  8. Select the .eml file to open.
    Note: Review the contents of the email messages and send the email messages to the Infor CRM Cloud Support team. The Infor CRM Cloud Support team reviews your request and update when you can have the access to deploy. During your access window, the Deploy item is available on the Developer Tools menu.
