Signing in to Infor CRM SLX Web Client

Before you begin, ensure that the administrator has provided you the User ID and Password. If not, contact the administrator.

Note:
  • If your Infor CRM SLX Web Client connection has expired or you have logged out of the Infor CRM SLX Web Client, the logged off screen appears. To return to the log in screen, click Return to Sign In Page.
  • If your system has been configured with Infor OS (Ming.le), you do not need to complete the below steps as you will receive an Infor OS (Ming.le) login page and then you can access Infor CRM SLX Web Client through single sign on.

To log on:

  1. Connect to the organization's Web Client. If you have Windows Authentication configured, then you do not have to complete the remaining steps, but will be automatically logged on the Infor CRM SLX Web Client.
This can be done in several ways, depending on the browser. In many browsers, it is faster to set the initial screen as the default screen of the browser, or to add the initial screen to a list of favorite sites.
  2. Specify the User ID and Password.
Passwords are case-sensitive. In addition, the system administrator may set restrictions on using blank passwords, the user name as a password, and other options. If necessary, meet the system administrator and discuss the password options.
  3. If necessary, change the language setting. Changing the language will cause the Infor CRM SLX Web Client to display in the selected language. If you do not select a language, then the Infor CRM SLX Web Client will use the default language. The list of languages is based upon the languages supported by the organization.
Click the drop down arrow and select a language from the list of supported languages.
Note: If the implementation uses Windows Authentication and you do not sign in to the Infor CRM SLX Web Client, you can also select a language from the options User Profile tab.
  4. Select a regional format in the Regional Format field.
For more information on Regional Formats, see Using Regional formats.
  5. Click Sign In.
To log off, click Sign Off in the lower-right part of the browser window.
