Adding a new Marketo Entity Map

You can add new entity maps and define new field mappings for the map.

Note:  Only the user with the Administrator role can execute this process. Also, the administrator must have prior knowledge of Infor CRM SLX and Marketo, to ensure that the correct property values are specified.

To add a new entity map:

  1. Select Integration > Integrations. The Integrations List view is displayed.
  2. Click Marketo. The Marketo Integration Detail view is displayed.
  3. Click the Marketo Synchronization Maps tab.
  4. Click add.png. The Insert New Entity Map window is displayed.
  5. Specify this information:
    Map Name
    The name of the map used to define the field mappings.
    Infor CRM Entity
    The name of the Infor CRM SLX entity, that is used to create the mapping.
    Marketo Endpoint
    The name of the entity in Marketo, that is used to create the mapping.
    Enabled
    If this check box is selected, the map is enabled.
  6. Click OK.
