Using the Places List View
The List view displays all the places that you have access to. You can use groups and lookups to narrow the list of records that display.
Note: The security access determines what functions are
available. Contact the administrator for any access rights changes. WebViewer
users may not access full functionality.
To open the Places List view, click on the Navigation Bar.
On this page you can:
- Click the Name to open the Place Detail view.
- Click
() to refresh list information.
- Use the Lookup to search for records
- Filter my list
- View a group
- Work with records in a grid
