Using the Account List View
The Account List view displays all the accounts that you have access to. You can use groups and lookups to narrow the list of records that display.
Note: The security
access determines what functions are available. Contact the administrator for
any access rights changes.
To open the Account List view, on the Navigation Bar, click .
On this page you can:
- Work with records in a grid
- Use the Summary View
- Click to refresh the list information.
- Filter my list
- Use the Lookup to search for records
- Click the account's name, to open the Account Detail view
- Click View a group
- Use the Group Shortcut Menu
The Task Pane contains the Common Tasks section. In this section, you can:
- Using Mail Merge in the web client
- Add, remove or save adhoc records as groups
- Export records to a file
- Show on Map
- Work with the dashboards
- Import records
- Update multiple records
- Delete multiple records
The Task Pane contains the
Account Tasks section. In this section, you can promote account
to Infor CRM Back Office Extension
only.
