Quotes List View KPIs
The table for a list and brief description of each out-of-the-box Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
Note: Some date based KPIs can show 1 day less than expected due to how
time in a date/time field is calculated.

| Average Days Open | The total number of days from when a quote was created to today for all open
quotes in the list, divided by the number of quotes in the list. Based on the Create Date. |
| Days Open Range | The lowest and highest number of days from when a quote was created to today for
all open quotes in the list. Based on the Create Date. |
| Expired Quotes | Number of open quotes with an End Date before today. |
| Expiring This Month | Number of quotes expiring this month. Based on the calendar month and End Date. |
| Expiring This Quarter | Number of quotes expiring this quarter. Based on the current quarter as defined by your company and End Date. |
| Expiring This Week | Number of quotes expiring this week. Based on a week of Sunday to Saturday and End Date. |
| Grand Total | The sum of grand totals for all quotes in the list. Based on Grand Total. |
| Grand Total Average | The sum of grand totals for all quotes in the list divided by the number of
quotes in the list. Based on Grand Total. |
| Grand Total Range | The lowest and highest grand totals for all quotes in the list. Based on Grand Total. |
| New This Month | Number of new quotes added this month. Based on the calendar month and Date Opened. |
| New This Quarter | Number of new quotes added this quarter. Based on the current quarter as defined by your company and Date Opened. |
| New This Week | Number of new quotes added this week. Based on a week of Sunday to Saturday and Date Opened. |
