Deleting Multiple Records

You can delete multiple records at one time.

Note: This feature is not available on all list views or for all users.

To delete multiple records:

  1. From a List view, select one or more records. To select more than one record, hold down [Ctrl] or [Shift], and highlight the records.
    Note: If you do not select any records, you are asked if all records in the group must be used. If you click Yes, all group records are selected. There is no limit to the number of records that can be deleted.
  2. On the Task Pane, click Delete.
  3. Click OK.

    If records were not deleted due to security reasons or due to related records, you will view the message to click the link to see a group of records that is not updated.
