Return Information Fields

The following table describes the default information fields:

Field Description/Action
Account Displays the account associated with the ticket.
Assigned Date The date the return was assigned to a user.
Assigned To The user assigned to the return. Click search_new (Find) and edit using the lookup.
Closed By

Displays the user who closed the return. Click search_new (Find) and edit using the lookup.

Closed Date The date by when the return was closed.

The date and time it was closed.

To edit, click calendar_new (Calendar) to select the date.

Contact Displays the name of the Contact from which this Return was generated. Click search_new (Find) and edit using the lookup.
Created By Displays the user who closed the return.
Created Date The date on which the return are created.
Customer PO Specify the purchase order number for the return.
Expected by Date by which  the product is expected to be returned.

To edit, click calendar_new (Calendar) to select the date.

Priority Priority assigned to the return.
Reason Specify the reason why the item is being returned.
Return ID Automatically displays the next available Return ID. You cannot change the ID. Not available when adding a return.
Status Displays the status of the return.  For example, Open, Closed, Pending, or In Process.
Ticket ID Displays the ID of the ticket from which this return was generated. Click search_new (Find) and edit using the lookup.
Type Return type assigned to the return.
