Observers Tab
The Observers tab on the Workflow Step Instance detail view is displayed for steps with an action type of Approval.
The Observers tab provides:
- A read-only view of the step’s observers and their corresponding comments.
To open the Observers tab, on the CRM Workflow Step instance detail view, click the Observers tab. See Using the CRM Workflow Step Detail View
| Field | Description/Action |
|---|---|
| Date | Date time stamp of the last comment for the approval step by the specified CRM user |
| Observer | CRM username for the observer |
| Comments | Final comments to date for the approval step by the specified observer |
Adding observers
Administrators can use the Observers tab task bar add ‘+,’ to add additional CRM Users to the active CRM Workflow Step instance observer list.
