Using the CRM Workflow List View

The CRM Workflow List view displays CRM Workflows the active CRM user has access to. Use groups and lookups to narrow the list of CRM Workflows displayed.
Note: CRM Workflow access rights are inherited based on the security access rights of the originating entity record. Contact the administrator for additional access rights changes.

To open the CRM Workflow List view, on the Navigation Bar, click Sales > CRM Workflows.

On this page you can:
  • Filter my list. See Using Task Pane Filters

  • Use the Lookup to search for records. See Using Lookup

  • Click the Entity Descriptor link, to open the originating entity record’s Detail view
  • Click the CRM Workflow name link, to open the CRM Workflow instance Detail view. See Using the CRM Workflow Detail View
  • Click the Active Step link, to approve, disapprove, comment, or view the CRM Workflow step instance Detail view. See CRM Workflow Step Instance Fields
  • View a group; standard groups include Active CRM Workflows, All CRM Workflows, and My active CRM Workflows. Favorite groups appear as tabs. You can use the groups list to manage your Favorites. See What are Groups? and Using the Groups List
