What's New for Offline Web Client Users

Remote users only

Use the What's New view to track additions, updates, and deletions to your local database, and to subscribe to accounts. What's New information is organized on a series of tabs.

Note: The security access determines what functions are available. Contact the administrator for any access rights changes. WebViewer users may not access full functionality.

To open the What's New view, on the Navigation Bar, click What's New.

You can perform these actions:

  • Filter Records.
  • To delete transactions, click the Delete transactions on or after calendar_new (Calendar), select a date, click OK, and then click Delete.
  • To view new or modified records, click the tab with the type of items you want like to view. Options are Contacts, History, Notes, Accounts, Activities, Documents, and Opportunities.
  • Subscribe to accounts
  • Unsubscribe to accounts
