Back Office Tab

Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. Use the Back Offices tab to view and manage the Infor CRM SLX Business Object Document, BOD, based ION integrations. Infor CRM SLX is a subscriber application consuming integrated content published by ION-enabled systems of record. Infor ION enabled ERP systems are considered the system of record for the integrated content that they publish to subscriber applications implemented in the common Infor Tenant. (Infor ION based integrations are constrained to the set of applications provisioned within a common Infor Tenant.)

Infor CRM includes pre-configured, upgrade safe, BOD packs for most Infor ION integrated ERP systems. The BOD pack corresponding to your host ERP system should be installed as part of the system provisioning process. Contact Infor CRM SLX support or your system integrator if additional BOD packs need to be installed.

Integrators or Administrators can clone or copy the pre-configured Back Office content as required to support multiple instances of the host ERP system by selecting the Clone link contained in the Back Office tab’s grid.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

To view the Back Offices tab, click the Back Offices tab on the Back Office Extension Integrations Detail view.

On this page you can:

  • View Back Office details: Click the back office name in the Name column to open the Back Office Detail view.
  • Edit back office information:
    1. Click in the grid to edit one or more of the editable back office properties:
      • Logical ID: Specify the Logical ID for your ERP. The Logical ID is generated when configuring connection information for Infor CRM SLX in the ION Desk connection point user interface.
      • Active: Use this option to activate or deactivate the processing of BOD content for this back office.
    2. Click save.png (Save).
