Using the Office Profile Detail view

Use the Detail view to see, add, or edit information for a selected record.

The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.
Note: The workspace can be different based on the access rights provided or if the installation has been customized.

To open the Office Profile Detail view, on the Navigation Bar, click Administration, and then click Office Profiles to open the Office Profiles List view. If necessary, use the Lookup to locate an office profile, and then click the company's name.

On this page you can:

Information Fields

Field Name Description
Company Name The division in the company to which the office belongs.
(Company image) You can define an image for your company, for example, the company’s logo.

To add or update an image drag and drop an image file to the company image box on top of the placeholder company icon.

Note: Images have a maximum size of 72x144 pixels.
Division Name The division in the company to which the office belongs.
Main Phone The main telephone number for office. Click in the field, and then specify any changes.
Fax The fax number for office. Click in the field, and then specify any changes.
Toll Free The toll Free phone number for office. Click in the field, and specify type any changes.
Primary Address The Main address or location of the office. Click the edit (Edit), to open the Edit Address dialog box. To view a map of the address, click map_new (Map). If Contour integration is enabled and configured it will open a map using the Contour provider. If a provider is not configured then the address will open in MapQuest.
Alternate Phone An additional telephone number for the office. Click in the field, and specify any changes.
Shipping Address The mailing address if it is different from the primary address. Click the edit (Edit), to open the Edit Address dialog box. To view a map of the address, click map_new (Map). If Contour integration is enabled and configured it will open a map using the Contour provider. If a provider is not configured then the address will open in MapQuest.

User Defined Section

You can drag and drop tabs into the user defined middle section. The tab is displayed until moved back to the lower section.
