Inner Joins

An inner join is the default type for local joins. Use an inner join to include only records where the values in the fields you are joining are the same in both the Parent and Child tables.

Example: You want to review any opportunities with associated activities, leaving out any opportunities without activities. The records shown in the Join Results column must be returned by this query. The specific opportunity associated with an activity is indicated in parentheses to the right of the activity.
