Updating Multiple Leads

You can use the Bulk Action Update dialog box to change the owner or [account manager] for multiple leads at a time.

To change:

  1. Open the Lead List view, and then select a group tab.
  2. Select one or more records. To select more than one record, hold down [Ctrl] or [Shift], and highlight the records.
  3. In the Task pane, click Update.
  4. In the Bulk Action Update dialog box, click the drop-down arrow and select the information that must be updated.
  5. Complete the remaining fields to define the updated value.
    The remaining fields are based on the information to be updated.

    Specify this information:

    Status
    Click the To drop-down arrow and select from the list.
    Account Manager
    Click search_new (Find) or, use the Lookup to find and select a record, and click OK.
    Owner
    Click search_new (Find) or, use the Lookup to find and select a record, and click OK.
  6. To add another property, click add.png (Add Property) or and repeat steps 5-7 to select and define the information that must be updated.
  7. Click OK.
