Viewing Product ERP Details Tab (Back Office Extension)

Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. The Details tab in the Product Detail view displays product information from the integrated back office application. This information is for display only and must be added or edited in the integrated application. For specific questions see the documentation for the integrated application or contact the administrator.

To view:

  1. Open the Product Detail view.
  2. Click the ERP Details tab.
    Note: You can view the ERP Details tab, only if the Value field is set to False, on the Options tab, in the Back Office Extension detail view, for one or more of these options (or if Back office extension is disabled):
    • Local CRM Pricing Quote
    • Local CRM Pricing Sales Order
    • Local CRM Pricing Opportunity
  3. View or edit the following: (Not all information can be edited)
    Item Id
    A unique product ID defined by the integrated application.
    Accounting Entity Id
    Company or accounting entity as defined by the integrated application.
    Storage UOM
    The storage unit of measure.
    Effective Date
    The date which the product status is effective.
    Last Modified
    The date that the product was last modified.
    Variation ID
    A sequence number defined by the integrated application to ensure outdated content never overwrites updated content in the subscriber application.
    Status
    The status of the product in the integrated application. The available options are specific to the integrated application.
    Logical Id
    The Logical ID is generated when configuring connection information for Infor CRM in ION Desk.
    UPC ID
    The Universal Product Code (UPC) is a barcode standard for tracking items in stores.
    Lead Time
    The amount of time required to replenish product stock.
    Shelf Life
    Shelf life is the length of time that perishable items are given before they are considered unsuitable for sale, use, or consumption.
    Cost
    The per unit cost of the product in local currency.
    Configured Item Indicator
    Indicates if the product can be configured.
    Lot Controlled
    Indicates if the product is part of a groups that shares the same specifications or were produced at the same time or location.
    Serial Controlled
    Indicates if individual products are identified by unique serial numbers.
    Service Product
    Identifies if the product is a service.
    Stocked Item
    Identifies if the product is stocked.
